| A Convergence Gateway Operating System designed for real-time application delivery over the Internet Protocol Networks. |
| A VPN, or virtual private network, concentrator software module that provides network connectivity for remote users as if the users are part of a local network. VPNs use the Internet to provide secure access to information. |
| Given that VPN network traffic is encrypted, and therefore, by default, cannot be compressed, many remote or low bandwidth areas cannot take advantage of security as part of their communications solution. Agnicorp’s VPN with PPPoIP compression technology allows low bandwidth customers that require VPN security to still maintain healthy line communications speeds depending on the type of data transmitted. Results have shown 4 to 6 times raw line speeds. |

| An advanced, high performance, Wireless Networking Technology for Internet Protocol Networks. Using the Agnicorp Convergence Gateways, customers can converge applications over wireless 802.11b IP networks as a wireless access point, client, or fixed wireless solution. |
| Agnicorp Convergence Gateways can bond Internet Dial up, ADSL, Cable, Satellite, and Wireless together or in any combination thereof to provide the total aggregated bandwidth. |
